What it includes

• Design and customization of your store on Tiendanube (Latin America) or Empretienda (Argentina only).
• Your brand colors, fonts, and logo applied to the store.
• 100% mobile-responsive store.
• Upload of up to 20 products, with names and descriptions written to appear in search engines (basic SEO).
• Store setup: payment methods, shipping, and business details.
• One store on one platform, of your choice. Store design on both platforms is quoted separately.
• One round of adjustments.

What we need from you

• The text, photos, and prices of your products.
• Your logo and brand colors.
• Access to your store on Tiendanube or Empretienda.

Delivery time

• 7 business days, counted from when we receive all the material.

Good to know

• We only work with Tiendanube (Nuvemshop in Brazil) and Empretienda; we do not design stores on other platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce. Tiendanube works in several Latin American countries and Empretienda only in Argentina: before hiring, check that the platform is available in your country.
• Tiendanube and Empretienda charge their own monthly subscription, which you pay directly to the platform, depending on the plan you choose. That payment does not depend on JNB Creative Studio, and we do not charge anything for it: no commission and no intermediation fee. The Entrepreneur Plan price is a one-time payment and covers only the design and setup of your store.
• The design and setup of the store (payment methods, shipping, and business details) are limited to what your platform plan allows. If a feature requires a higher plan, you decide whether to upgrade; otherwise, the design is adapted to your current plan.
• If you have more than 20 products, the additional ones are quoted separately, depending on the quantity.
• After delivery, we can add new products to your catalog on a regular basis, at your request. Each upload counts as an update and is quoted separately.
• We handle the store design and the initial product upload. Day-to-day management (stock, prices, orders, shipping, and customer service) is your responsibility.
• You must complete the account identity verification yourself, as it requires your personal data and documents. We will never ask for your bank passwords or personal documents.
