Your Clave Fiscal from ARCA (formerly AFIP), level 2 or higher. It is the same password you use on the ARCA website. If you do not have one, you must get it from ARCA first.
A credit card, or a way to pay through PagoMisCuentas or Rapipago.

With a credit card or PagoMisCuentas, the payment is processed within 24 hours. With Rapipago it can take up to 72 business hours.
Once the payment is processed, the domain is yours for one year.
