Terms and conditions

• These terms describe how JNB Creative Studio works. The studio designs landing pages (one-page websites that present a business or service), websites, and online stores.
• By requesting a quote, approving a proposal, or starting a project, the client accepts these terms.
• What each plan includes (scope, delivery time, rounds of adjustments, and specific conditions) is detailed on the Plans page, which is part of these terms.

JNB Creative Studio designs and builds landing pages and websites, and designs online stores on Tiendanube and Empretienda, for independent professionals and entrepreneurs. The scope of each service depends on the plan purchased, as detailed on the Plans page.

• Plans are priced as published on the website.
• Add-ons (for example, products beyond the Entrepreneur Plan limit) and projects that do not match a plan are quoted separately, based on their scope.
• Direct contracts: a 50% deposit is required to start the work, and the remaining 50% is paid on final delivery. Payment methods are agreed upon with the client.
• Purchases through JNB Creative Studio's online store: the full amount is paid at the time of purchase, as the platform does not allow partial payments.

Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), starting once all the required material has been received: text, images, and logo. The delivery time of each plan is listed on the Plans page.

Delays in sending the material may change the delivery date.

To meet the agreed timelines, the client agrees to:

• Send the text, images, logo, and any necessary access (for example, to the domain or hosting) on time.
• Review and approve progress within the timelines agreed for each stage.
• Register the domain in their own name, with the provider of their choice (for example, NIC Argentina or GoDaddy). The domain is the website address, for example, yourname.com. Registration and renewal costs are paid by the client and are not included in the service price.

An adjustment is any change requested while the project is being developed. The number of rounds of adjustments of each plan is listed on the Plans page.

• Adjustments must stay within the scope agreed at the start of the project. Changes that expand that scope are quoted separately.
• Once the project has been delivered, updates (for example, changes to text or images) are made only at the client's request and are quoted per update. JNB Creative Studio does not offer monthly maintenance plans.

Hosting is the service that stores the website so it can be viewed online. The client can choose between two options:

• Publishing on Cloudflare by JNB Creative Studio: the website is hosted on JNB Creative Studio's Cloudflare account, at no cost to the client as long as Cloudflare keeps its free plan. If those conditions change, the client will be notified in advance to agree on how to proceed.
• Client's own hosting: JNB Creative Studio delivers the website files ready to publish. If uploading was agreed upon, the work ends once the website is live; otherwise, it ends with the delivery of the files.

• The domain always belongs to the client. If the client later wants to move the website, JNB Creative Studio will provide the files as a .zip file or in the format requested.
• When the website is published on the client's own hosting, its operation, security, backups, and costs are the responsibility of the client and their provider. JNB Creative Studio is not responsible for problems with servers it does not manage. Later assistance with that hosting is quoted as an update.
• The cost of any third-party services hired by the client is the client's responsibility.

• Once the project has been paid in full, the client acquires the usage rights to the design of their website.
• JNB Creative Studio may showcase the project in its portfolio and on its professional social media, even if the website is hosted on the client's own hosting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Direct contracts: if the client cancels after work has started, the 50% deposit is not refunded, as it covers the hours already worked.
• Purchases through the online store: work begins once the client sends all the material and confirms the start. If the client cancels before that, the full amount is refunded. If the client cancels afterward, 50% is refunded. Refunds are processed through the store.
• Exceptional situations will be evaluated case by case, based on the progress of the project. This does not affect the rights granted to consumers by law.

• JNB Creative Studio builds the website or store according to the agreed scope.
• Business results, such as sales, visits, or Google rankings, are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond the design.

• Support is provided via WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Argentina time).
• Messages are answered within 24 business hours. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next business day.
• Projects in English and Portuguese are handled in writing only, via WhatsApp chat or email.
• Inquiries can also be sent through the website's contact form. The information provided (name, email address, and message) is used only to reply to the inquiry and is never shared or sold. The client may ask for it to be deleted at any time.

• These terms may be updated if the services offered change.
• Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
